Automation, command and control

Design, build, programming and commissioning delivered by one team. A single contractual responsibility covering both the electrical and the control side.

We build control panels and automation systems for commercial premises, warehouses and production facilities. A control panel defines the operating logic, the starting sequence and the fault regime of the equipment it serves, not merely the distribution of power to it.

We work with WAGO PLCs where the application calls for extended logic, communications or later expansion, and with relay-based or microcontroller solutions where a PLC would be oversized. We cover the full scope: schematic, panel build, programming and commissioning. The electrical work and the control work sit with the same team, which removes the contractual interface between two suppliers.

Our process

Six stages, from defining the operating logic through to commissioning and handover of documentation.

Defining the operating logic

Starting and stopping sequences, interlock conditions, fault regime and what remains under manual control. This stage determines most of the downstream cost.

Verification of actual loads

Declared and measured loads differ in most cases. For motors and hard-starting loads, that difference governs the sizing.

Schematic and assembly design

Electrical schematic, bill of materials and enclosure layout, correlated with the prospective short-circuit current at the point of connection and with ambient conditions.

Workshop build and wiring

Assembly and wiring with full conductor and terminal marking, to the approved schematic.

Programming and bench testing

The program is written and tested against all scenarios, fault conditions included, before the assembly reaches site.

Commissioning and handover

Installation, adjustment, operator training and handover of documentation: final schematic, bill of materials and configured parameters.

Yes, subject to a survey of the installation and verification of the existing schematic. Without those, any modification is made on assumption. Where no schematic exists, we produce one and hand it over with the work.
