Electrical panels built, replaced and upgraded

We build, replace and upgrade electrical panels for residential, commercial and industrial clients across Bucharest and Ilfov. The sizing principle is the same regardless of application: protection is selected against the weakest element in the circuit — conductor cross-section, installed accessories or the connected load — not against a generic rating applied across the whole board.

Assemblies are built in our workshop: wiring, conductor marking, circuit labelling and testing before dispatch. Mechanical installation and connection are all that remain on site, which cuts the outage from a day to a few hours. For clients running continuous operations, the outage window is planned in advance and confirmed in writing.

Our process

Six stages, from surveying the existing installation to commissioning, with the outage window agreed in advance.

Survey of the existing installation

We establish what each circuit feeds, the condition of the conductors and whether a functioning earth electrode exists. Findings are recorded before any proposal is made.

Protection sizing

Rated current and tripping curve are determined per circuit, against conductor cross-section and connected load, and correlated with the prospective short-circuit current.

Workshop build

Assembly, wiring, conductor marking and circuit labelling. The assembly leaves verified rather than being improvised on site.

Installation and connection

The outage is scheduled by agreement and communicated in advance, with the working window confirmed before we attend.

Testing and commissioning

Verification of RCD tripping, continuity of the protective conductor and insulation resistance, before handover.

Documentation and six-month check

The panel schematic, bill of materials and test report are handed over. We return for a check after the first months of service.

Frequently asked questions

Typically one working day, as the assembly is delivered pre-built. For properties on several floors, or where the earthing system also needs renewing, the work is carried out in two stages. The actual outage duration is confirmed before work begins.
A board without residual current protection protects the conductor, not people, and does not detect arc faults. Technical detail on what a modern consumer unit should contain and on the indicators that require replacement.
Yes. We produce distribution assemblies and control panels from a single-line diagram or a load schedule. Delivery is ready for installation, with the schematic, bill of materials and test results. For deliveries outside Romania, see electrical panels for export.
Yes, and we recommend it as standard practice. An assembly filled to capacity at installation requires replacement at the first expansion. We allow spare ways and, where justified, a supply sized for anticipated future loads.
