Why a workshop-built panel works for export
An assembly built and tested in our workshop arrives at destination fully wired, with circuits labelled and every test already completed. All that's left on site is mechanical mounting and connection — work a locally licensed electrician in the destination country can carry out.
This approach removes the main obstacle in cross-border projects: sending a crew abroad for an extended stay, and making the client's schedule dependent on our availability at every stage of the project.
We build distribution boards, automation panels, control panels, and power-factor correction systems, in configurations agreed with the client before production begins.
Compliance and documentation
Assemblies are built to the European standards for low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies, the IEC 61439 series. Because these are standards harmonised across Europe, the requirements are identical in every member state, which simplifies the acceptance process at destination.
Every shipment ships with the complete electrical schematic, a bill of materials, the results of the tests performed, and the declaration of conformity. We recommend flagging any additional documentation requirements from the end client upfront, so they can be built in before dispatch.
For mounting and commissioning at destination, working with a locally licensed electrician remains necessary, both for regulatory reasons and for connecting to the local distribution network.
International transport
Delivery runs by international road freight, under TIR carnet. Assemblies are packaged on pallets or in crates, secured properly for transport, and protected against moisture and mechanical shock.
The TIR system simplifies customs transit for shipments crossing multiple countries, meaning more predictable timelines than handling formalities separately at every border.
Delivery time depends on the complexity of the assembly and component availability. It's set at order confirmation and put in writing, together with the transport terms.
How an export order gets started
We need a single-line diagram or a description of the loads, the voltage and frequency of the network at destination, the prospective short-circuit current at the connection point, and the environmental conditions the assembly will operate in.
From that information we put together the technical proposal and commercial offer. If some information is missing, we provide clear guidance on exactly what to request from the local network operator.
