In Sector 5 we operate with reduced capacity compared to the rest of Bucharest. Availability varies by season, job type, and crew schedules, which is why every request is assessed individually before we confirm it. We recommend calling us directly for a quick answer on whether we can take the job and when.

Types of jobs we take on in this area

Our availability in Sector 5 depends on several factors and varies from one period to the next. There are situations where we can respond quickly, and others where we recommend finding a local provider instead. We'd rather give you accurate information about our capacity than commit to a timeline we can't keep.

For that reason we don't publish a standard response time for this area the way we do for other sectors. Please call us and describe what you need; we'll tell you directly whether we can take on the job.

The building stock in this area

Cotroceni is a protected area, with interwar houses where any intervention has to be handled with special care for finishes and structure. Cable runs can't be routed anywhere we like, plasterwork and stucco can't easily be redone, and many buildings contain protected heritage elements that can't be altered. This kind of job takes longer to complete, which directly affects our availability for other requests in the area.

The blocks in 13 Septembrie and Ghencea mostly date from the 1980s, with a circuit layout typical of that period. The most frequent request is upgrading the consumer unit and adding a dedicated circuit for the kitchen or for an air conditioning unit.

When we can't take on a job

We let you know this in the very first conversation, without unnecessary delay. We think that's the fair approach for the client, and we'd rather not start a job we can't finish under good conditions.

For emergencies where we don't have a crew available, we can give you phone guidance on the safety steps to take until an electrician arrives, including what not to touch and what to switch off.

For Sector 5, availability is confirmed by phone before we schedule anything.

What we can do for you

You can see completed work in our portfolio. For details on what a modern consumer unit should contain, we've written about it on our blog.
